Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-USB2 Driver v2.7_23178 Beta Windows 2000/XP.
To install, download this file and unzip it into a directory you will remember (the default directory is normally pvrusb2_27_23178.zip). Then run HcwDriverInstall.exe from this directory. The driver will be automatically updated. You will need to reboot before the new driver takes effect.
Note: This version of the WinTV-PVR-USB2 driver has a fix for the "limited to 8Mbit/sec record rate" bug.
