Intel G41/G43/G45/Q43/Q45/GL40/GM45/GS45 Graphics Media Accelerator Driver 14.38.1.64.5039 Windows XP x64.

This file is written specifically for the desktop Intel G41, G43, G45, Q43, Q45, Express Chipsets and the Mobile Intel GM45, GL40, and GS45 Express Chipsets and will not function with any other product.

Features Added in Baseline 14.38:

  • Support for OpenGL 2.0 extensions: GL_ARB_color_buffer_float, WGL_ARB_pixel_format_float, GL_ARB_texture_float, GL_ARB_half_float_pixel.
  • INF option to define default language for the driver’s Graphics Properties window and the Intel TV Wizard.
  • Identification of DisplayPort dongle and disable HDMI for DisplayPort-to-DVI dongle.
  • Internal scalar support for SDVO LVDS panels.

    Issues Resolved in Build 5039:

  • Video overlap in one window when two player applications play video at the same time.
  • Laptop’s built-in display screen is abnormally colored (purple, blue, green, or gray) when computer tries to automatically enter Hibernate mode (S4) from standby mode (S3).
  • 1280x800 resolution is not kept while in Intel Dual Display Clone mode and the Monitor is set as the primary display.
  • When connected via DVI, external display does not turn on when setting Intel Dual Display Clone mode.
  • CrystalMark 2004 results are less than previous chipset generation.
  • Jitter or flicker seen after desktop is rotated 90 degrees.
  • Hibernate mode (S4) issue.
